About

Laura Walton, Founder

Grief On Purpose is a space for the grievers who don’t want to be told how to feel, how long to feel it, how to “get back to normal,” or that it’s time to “move on”.

We’re not here to rescue you from your grief. We’re here to sit beside it with you—to offer trauma-informed grief support, real-world tools, and community that doesn’t flinch when things get messy.

This work was born from our own losses, from the unbearable moments we had to survive without a map. We created what we wish we had: a space to be honest, a place to land, and resources to help you keep going when everything hurts.

If you’re navigating life after death and wondering how to keep living in a world that doesn’t make space for grief— welcome. You’ve found your people. We’re so glad you’re here.

This Isn’t a Newsletter.

It’s a lifeline. A quiet thread between your heart and ours.

We don’t show up in your inbox just to be seen.
We show up to see you—in the ache, the fog, the messy middle of healing.

No quick fixes. No tidy timelines.
Just raw truth, earned wisdom, and soft reminders that your grief makes sense.

When you're ready to feel less alone, we’ll be right here.
